We got in at http://www.appartementstouristiques.com/en/index.html which is in the same building. A little more expensive ($105 a night I think) but still very reasonable.
Thanks for the heads up on this Susan – these are managed by the same company as Trylon, so I’ve just called to see if it’s possible to negotiate the same deal. They’re checking availability and getting back to me later today. If it works out, I’m sure we can have your rate adjusted accordingly. Cheers!
Appartements Touristiques is completely booked! Will need to look elsewhere. Any recommendations?
I will be attending Podcamp and live in Montreal. My conjoint and I have two suites available in the Plateau Mont Royal. The Laurier metro is two short blocks away and the Mont Royal metro is three blocks away from our duplex which has two suites available for short term rentals.

For our out of town guests : The Plateau was named by .. some american magazine .. forget which … as one of the best neighbourhoods in North America. The area Louise is describing is nicely situated, and about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute metro ride from where PodCamp Montreal will be held. There is a great park nearby and a bike path that takes you close to our venue.
I’m quite sure it would be an enjoyable stay.
